Questions
What's the difference between the three plans?
Basic ($49) runs your site: hosting, domain, edits, Google upkeep, a monthly report, plus a branded email and AI-search readiness. Pro ($99) adds getting found and never missing a lead: listings sync, SEO tune-ups, instant lead replies, missed-call text-back, and review requests. Business ($149) adds the marketing: social posts, a newsletter, a new page every quarter, and a yearly print refresh.
Can I pay for the year instead?
Yes. $490, $990, or $1,490 a year depending on the plan, which is twelve months for the price of ten. If you cancel mid-year, unused months are refunded pro-rated.
What if I change my mind?
Everything you paid is refundable in full until your site goes live. Once it's live, the build fee and first month stay; cancel any time after that and future billing stops.
What counts as a covered edit?
Content changes: hours, prices, text, photos. A new look or new structure is a new build, and we tell you which is which before anything costs money.
What if I cancel?
Your domain, logo, photos, content, and every lead your site collected go with you. We keep our copy for 60 days in case you come back, then delete it.
Is the site accessible?
Yes. Every site we build is checked against WCAG 2.2 AA for readable contrast, keyboard use, and screen-reader labels, and carries an accessibility statement. US courts saw more than 3,000 web-accessibility lawsuits last year, most against small businesses (UsableNet's count). Ours are built to that standard from day one.
Do you do online stores?
Not yet. We stay focused on fast, simple sites that bring calls. Online booking is a $25/month add-on, built on a booking account you own.
How fast can it be live?
Our target is live within 14 days of your order. If we're missing something a week in, we come to you and get it in person.
