Read each box to the end and select it. This is the same agreement the live site records with your order.
Draknar Webworks is a product of Draknar Distribution Inc., Phoenix, Arizona ("we," "us"). These terms cover two things: using this website, and ordering a website from us through it. They're written in plain language on purpose. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. When you order, you also accept our Website Services Agreement, which spells the deal out in full and controls if the two ever differ.
Using this site
Browse, read, ask us questions, place an order. Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with how it works, or misuse the forms (spam, scraping, automated submissions, or trying to reach systems you're not meant to).
What's on this site
We keep the information here accurate and current, but we provide it as is. The prices on this site are real prices, not estimates: the price shown when you order is the price you pay for that order. We can change list prices for future orders at any time. Portfolio pieces labeled as demos are demonstration builds, not client sites.
Placing an order
Sending a question through the site is a request to get in touch, nothing more. Placing an order starts the process. It becomes a binding order once we've confirmed it with you and the first payment has gone through. We can decline an order we can't or shouldn't build (unlawful content, a business we're not equipped to serve). If we decline before starting, anything you paid for that order comes back to you.
The order form shows you these terms in full and asks you to confirm you've read them before you send your order. We keep a record of that confirmation with your order.
What you're buying
The build, $599 once: we design and build your website with your services, prices, hours, photos, and a contact form that sends leads straight to you. Your domain is included.
Then one of three monthly plans. Every plan includes hosting, your domain, content edits, photo swaps, Google Business Profile upkeep, a monthly traffic report in plain English, and text-a-change service.
Basic, $49 a month: everything above, plus a branded email address at your domain and AI-search readiness so AI assistants can find and cite your business.
Pro, $99 a month: Basic, plus local listings kept matching across Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and Nextdoor, a monthly SEO tune-up, an instant reply to every lead, missed-call text-back, and a review request sent to customers after the job. The text-message features start when our business text line is live; we tell you the date before you pay for them.
Business, $149 a month: Pro, plus 8 to 12 social posts a month, a monthly newsletter to your customer list, one new page or promotional page each quarter, and a print refresh once a year.
Pay yearly and get two months free: $490, $990, or $1,490 a year. Cancel mid-year and the unused months are refunded pro-rated.
Add-ons on any plan: online booking is $25 a month, built on a booking account you own. A starter logo is a one-time charge from $75. Extra pages, promotional pages, a Spanish version, print pieces, brand kits, and photo work are priced per item on the site. Anything else is quoted in writing before it costs you anything.
Your first payment at checkout is the build plus your first month, or the build plus your first year, on the plan you picked.
What's covered, what isn't
Covered by the monthly fee: content changes. Hours, prices, text, services, photos. Text us the change and it's done. Edits are unlimited within reason; if a request pattern stops being reasonable, we talk to you before anything changes or costs money.
Not covered: a new look or new structure (layout, page count, rebrand), new pages beyond the built site, new features, third-party integrations, or substantial rewrites. Those are a new build or a quoted project. Online stores and ad campaigns aren't offered. We always tell you which side of the line a request is on before it costs anything.
What we need from you
We aim to have your site live within 14 days of your order, with setup and revisions inside that window. That depends on your materials: photos, text, approvals, and account access. If we're still missing something a week after your order, we don't wait on email. We come to you and collect it in person. Time spent waiting on you doesn't count against the 14 days.
If we can't reach you at all for 90 days after that, the order closes, the build fee is kept for the work done, and billing stops.
Billing
The build fee is due before the build starts. The monthly or yearly fee bills automatically by card through Stripe. If a payment fails we reach out; the site doesn't vanish over a hiccup, but service pauses if billing stays unresolved.
Refunds: everything you paid at checkout is refundable in full until your site goes live. Once it's live, the build fee and the first month are not refunded. After that, cancelling stops all future billing; the month in progress isn't refunded. On the yearly plan, unused months are refunded pro-rated.
Your content
You own your content. When you hand us photos, logos, text, reviews, or anything else to publish, you're telling us you own it or have permission to use it. If someone else claims otherwise, that claim is between you and them; we'll take the material down promptly while it's sorted out, and the responsibility for it travels with the person who supplied it.
You're responsible for claims about your business being true. We publish only the ownership, credential, licensing, and review claims that you confirm. You're also responsible for any legal notice your particular trade requires on its website (a license number, an industry disclosure, a consent line). We'll add whatever text you give us, but knowing it's required is on your side of the line.
If you leave, or we do
No hostages. Cancel any time, no cancellation fee. Your domain is yours; it was part of the build fee. If we registered it, we transfer it to you; you handle the steps on your side, and any fee the registrar charges for the transfer is yours. You get a complete export of every lead your site collected. We keep our copy of your site and leads for 60 days after cancellation, so if you come back within that time you pick up where you left off; after 60 days we delete it. The site itself comes down at cancellation, since hosting is part of the monthly service.
What leaves with you: your domain, your logo, your photos, your text, and your leads. What stays with us: the site we designed and built to put it all together, its layout, code, and templates. We don't hand those out, and there's no export of them.
We can end or pause service for nonpayment, unlawful content or activity, abuse of our people, or a request that we publish something false. Where we can, you'll hear from us first.
What we don't control
Parts of your web presence run on companies that aren't us: Google (your Business Profile, search rankings, reviews), the hosting network, the domain registrar, Stripe, and any booking platform you add. We work those systems on your behalf, but we don't control them. We can't and don't promise a specific ranking, a Google approval or reinstatement, or that an outside service never goes down or changes its rules.
Same with results. A good website earns you a real shot at more calls and customers, and we build for exactly that. Nobody can guarantee how many leads, sales, or dollars will follow, so we don't.
Our content
The Draknar Webworks name, logo, and the text and design of this site belong to us. So do the design, code, and templates of every site we build for a client; the client's content on it belongs to the client. Please don't copy or reuse ours without asking.
The fine print
We keep your site monitored and fix problems quickly, but the internet blinks and no system is perfectly secure, so we don't promise uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
We build to modern practice and check every build against automated accessibility standards before it ships. That's good practice, not a legal certification: we don't warrant compliance with the ADA, WCAG, or similar standards, and a certified audit isn't included. It's available as a quoted project.
If something on our side goes wrong, our total responsibility to you is capped at what you've paid us in the twelve months before the problem. It covers the service itself, not business you believe you would have won, lost profits, lost customers, or other indirect losses, which no one can fairly measure or promise. Nothing here limits rights the law says can't be limited.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Arizona law, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona. Before anything formal, tell us the problem in writing and give us 30 days to fix it. Most problems are a fix, not a fight.
Changes
If we update these terms, the new version goes up here with a fresh date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the update. For clients, the agreement you signed governs your service.
Questions
These are standard website and ordering terms for a small business, provided for convenience. They aren't legal advice. If something about your business is unusual, check with an attorney.
Short version: this site collects what you type into its forms so we can answer you and do the work you ask for. We don't sell it, we don't run ad trackers, and you can have it deleted with one email.
What we collect
If you only browse, we collect nothing you type. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of visit) for security and to keep the site running. Cloudflare also gives us aggregate visit counts (how many visits, which pages), which is where our monthly traffic reports come from. Those are counts, not people. We don't add analytics of our own: no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting.
If you use the question form, we receive your name, your phone or email, and your message.
If you use the order form, we receive what you enter about your business: its name, what it does, where it's based, your name, phone, email, how you'd like to be contacted, and the details we need to build your site (services, prices, hours, whether you have a logo or a domain, and any notes). Photos or text you send us later for the site count too.
If you pay, Stripe handles the checkout. Stripe collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number. We receive your name, your email, what you paid, and whether your subscription is active.
Your browser may keep one display preference (light or dark mode) in its own storage. That stays on your device and identifies no one.
How we use it
To answer your question, quote and build your site, run your monthly service, and bill you for it. Nothing else.
We contact you about your request by the method you chose: call, text, or email. We don't send marketing texts or emails you didn't ask for. If you get a text from us and want no more, reply STOP.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database in the United States.
The moment you submit a form, a copy is delivered to our team through Discord, the messaging service we use, so a person sees it right away.
Email you send to our contact address is routed by Cloudflare and lands in a Google (Gmail) mailbox.
Payments and subscriptions run through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified.
Those providers process your information for us under their own terms. We don't give it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and the bot check
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, the "verify you are human" box, which sets one functional cookie to tell people from bots. That is its only job.
How long we keep it
If you asked a question and nothing came of it, we keep your message only as long as it's useful for answering you. Ask and it goes sooner.
If you become a client, your records stay with us for as long as you're a client. When you leave, you get a complete export of every lead your site collected. We keep our copy for 60 days in case you come back, then delete it.
If you placed an order, we also keep the record that you read and accepted our terms (the time and the version you saw) for as long as we keep your order.
Stripe keeps payment records under its own policy. We keep what tax and accounting rules require us to keep.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, the forms are protected against bots, card data never touches our systems, and access to your information is limited to the people doing your work. No system is perfectly secure and we don't claim ours is. If something ever goes wrong with your information, we'll tell you.
Your choices
Want to see what we have, correct it, or delete it? Email us at contact@draknarwebworks.com. We'll confirm it's you and take care of it. No forms, no fee.
California residents
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it deleted or corrected, and to not be treated differently for asking. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for cross-context advertising. We're a small business that falls under the CCPA's size thresholds, and we honor these rights anyway. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; there's no industry standard for it, and since we don't track you across other sites, the signal changes nothing here.
If you live somewhere else with its own privacy law, the same offer stands: email us.
Sites we build for clients
If you got here from a website we built for one of our clients, that business's own privacy policy covers what you send through its site. We store and deliver those messages on the client's behalf and don't use them for anything else.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new date at the top. If a change affects information we already hold, we tell current clients directly.
